The room was attractive and absolutely gorgeous, had essentials, like a separate shower and a shower. The location was marvellous and gorgeous because it was short walk to the centre, quiet area, 5 minutes from the coast, theatres, beach, park, shops, cinema, and the Orchid gardens or the Orchid. And it was not too far from El Murrino, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was fairly clean with very very good breakfast selections. Absolutely charming staff from the management down, and facilities were modern here. The property was in a very central location straight down the steps to the beach. Irish bar was nice. We greatly enjoyed spending 1 night here.

Exquisite and luxurious hotel, pleasant staff, truly enjoyed the fab location near the sea and restaurants and bars in the other direction as well as the seafront and the bic and onsite parking. I was here for 3 nights and ate at refurbished restaurant for dinner. The team provided an excellent service. All in all my stay was really nice, nothing too much trouble.

Everything was fairly clean and very comfortable. The staff was especially helpful and always on disposal. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant and had a nice view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included climate control, Netflix, and an iron. The setting of hotel was perfect, close to the seafront. Moreover, it was close to the restaurant whose menu looked lovely and very reasonably priced, and main pier.

Our stay there was very very good. Staff was friendly attentive and hotel is fairly clean and relaxing! The location in a lovely quiet area was lovely and stunning and there were the main shopping centre and a mall nearby. Lucky that it was just a short walk away from Bistro Pizza, offering food to go. Everything was really good, nonetheless a few employees were very rude.
